Children and adults should wear only ABS socks. Children may also wear rubber-soled shoes (indoor use only) or go barefoot. Regular socks and leather-soled shoes are slippery and can result in poor footing and traction.

Members can begin classes at any time (Rolling enrolment). The Gymboree membership will begin on Monday of the enrolment week, and will expire on Saturday 12weeks later, for the 12 weeks block membership, or on the Saturday one month after the cancellation for the Club Memberships. Club memberships will be billed monthly in advance for a minimum of 3 months by credit card or bank debit order/stop order/payment order.

All customers who notify us that they are cancelling their membership must do so in writing, either by letter or email addressed to info@cogmo.ch Club memberships must be cancelled prior to 25th of the month,with one month's notice period. Class credits and refunds are only issued by Site Management in exceptional circumstances. Refunds are based on the date of notification. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment it was received. (Cash enrolments will be in form of a bank transfer)

Parents accept the responsibility for assuring that each child is at all times accompanied and supervised by at least one adult, and release Gymboree Play & Music Zurich, Cognitive Motion GmbH, and The Gymboree Corporation from any and all liability for injury, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from neglected parental responsibility.

Make-ups are available for members only during their current enrolment period. We do require families to cancel classes online, by email or call in advance to cancel classes. Please book make-ups, as classes may be full. Make-ups cannot be carried past the membership expiration date if members have not continued their membership prior to their expiration date. Refunds will not be given for missed classes. Accumulated Make-ups do not qualify for membership extensions. Only in the case of illness or an unavoidable absence, your missed classes can be added to the end of your membership, provided you have notified us prior your absence and have submitted a signed Membership Suspension Form. Club members can make up classes at any time during their enrolment period, these classes would be an extra class during the week. Make up classes cannot be done after the membership has been cancelled, or suspended.

For the consideration of all, please do not bring a sick child to class. If your child is not feeling well, please take advantage of Gymboree's liberal make-up policy.

Participate with your child in all activities. Parents are important role models for their children. At Gymboree, we encourage parents to follow their child's lead. It's OK if your child doesn't want to join others in group time, but please continue to suggest participation in each class.

All memberships include free OpenPlay. OpenPlay are an open playtime for children and their parents to explore our unique play equipment. OpenPlay require a minimum of one adult for every child in attendance. Modifications to our equipment setup in the Play Area are not allowed during OpenPlay. Parents are not allowed on the play equipment.

Gymboree Switzerland values you as a customer and respects your privacy. We collect certain personally identifiable information when you enrol your child in a class at Gymboree Play & Music Zurich. We are committed to managing this information responsibly and ensuring that you are in control of your personal information and the communications you receive from us. Gymboree uses customer information solely to fulfil your requests for certain products and services and to contact you about new products or services, special events and promotions. Gymboree Switzerland will not sell, share or rent your personally identifiable information to any third party.

To avoid disruption in a member's class schedule, members must re-enrol by their expiration date. If a member does not re-enrol by this time they risk losing their spot in class. No spaces will be held in classes for members that have expired.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of CHF 55.00 (Lifetime; valid at participating int'l. locations). This fee defrays the cost of processing membership paperwork, etc. Registration fees will not be charged to re-enrolling members of families transferring from another Gymboree location in Switzerland or Liechtenstein , or lifetime Gymboree members of other countries (proof of membership required).

No matter what your child's age or proficiency, your child needs help and encouragement when exploring equipment. Always stay with your child and keep your hands within reach of his/her torso. Please do not bring food or beverages into the playroom.

For safety reasons and so you and your child can fully enjoy this special time together, siblings should not be brought to Play classes (Gymboree Level 1-7) and OpenPlay. Ask about our Sibling Solutions and Baby Sitting service.

For the safety of our precious little fingers and toes, adults may not wear shoes on the play floor. All adults must wear socks. Clean socks are provided for your convenience.

Requests for membership suspensions (parking of membership) must be submitted in writing no later than 5 days prior to absence from class. Suspensions can be taken only in monthly increments. When a customer does not notify Gymboree prior to, or at the beginning of, their absence, it is their responsibility to Make-up missed classes during their current enrolment period. Club Members may suspend their memberships for a month, when the billing would not be made. It is possible to attend classes during that month by special arrangement. Memberships put on hold for any longer than one month will loose any special price offers, and the current membership subscription will apply once the membership resumes.
